Please note that this Refund Policy applies only to services provided directly by Printers Helps, not to the sale of printers, cartridges, or other hardware products.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as described or failed to meet agreed-upon standards.

  • Technical assistance provided did not resolve the issue after reasonable efforts.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service completion date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Issues arising due to user error or failure to follow provided instructions.

  • Problems caused by printer hardware malfunctions, manufacturer defects, or software not controlled by Printers Helps.

  • Services rendered that were completed successfully according to the scope agreed upon.

  • Services affected by the printer’s warranty limitations, manufacturer restrictions, or external third-party software/hardware issues.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at admin@printershelps.site with your service details, date of service, and reason for the request.

  2. Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only part of the service was unsatisfactory, or if certain portions of the service were completed successfully. The amount refunded will be determined at the sole discretion of Printers Helps, based on the scope of the issue.

While we strive to provide expert guidance and dependable support, Printers Helps cannot guarantee results for every printer, software, or technical issue. Use of our services is at your own risk, and we encourage clients to review their printer’s warranty and follow manufacturer guidelines.
